The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They welcomed me warmly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The receptionist was particularly helpful, as he spoke fluent English and made my communication much easier. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle bus to the nearby Congonhas airport, very valuable for catching my morning flight.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel, right in front of the airport, was absolutely perfect for our needs. Being able to walk to the terminal made catching our flight a breeze. The free shuttle service offered by the hotel was also a great option, especially for those who prefer not to walk. The staff here were incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to Congonhas airport. However, this also means that the hotel can be quite noisy due to the air conditioning units installed in open holes in the walls. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but the bathrooms could be cleaner. Breakfast offers a reasonable variety of options.
Some guests have reported a smoke smell from other apartments in the early morning and late at night, which can be unpleasant.
